But i'd be better mod than admin. I used to be a mod once, but it's been like 1,5 years and it was on finnish forums xD

I find it irresponsible to be apart of something and not be willing to help out in some sense. It's like a passive duty that comes with enjoying things with others. :p But that's me and my ideals.
